Chemistry at Work

Careers conferenceNext event: Monday 27th January 2020

We are very pleased to announce that the Royal Society of Chemistry has provided us with funding to run our 5th Chemistry at Work event.

We believe that every young person should have the opportunity to make STEM part of their lives, and this year we are specifically inviting schools with  more than 13% of their students eligible for free school meals.

Royal Society of ChemistryWe will be joined by chemists, Royal Society of Chemistry members and other presenters who will demonstrate how chemistry is used in different careers and in everyday life. We'll also look at how chemistry plays an important role in the space industry!

The day includes talks, workshops, a planetarium show and the opportunity to explore the galleries at the National Space Centre.

Bookings will be first come first served. We look forward to meeting you!
